All Co-op Telecom billing issues can be addressed by sending us an e-mail with a brief explanation of the problem with a PDF copy of your TELUS bill to telecom@chf.bc.ca.

Questions about additional services or charges outside of the Co-op Telecom Program, such as long-distance phone, unlimited internet data, individual TV channels or TV theme packs, please call TELUS directly at 604-310-2255.
